Eduardo Garcia is so full of passion and positivity that it’s tangible — he credits his love of life to rediscovering himself after an accident left him with a mechanical prosthetic in place of his left arm (you can check out  that story in full here). 

Chef, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, outdoor enthusiast, and athlete...there’s no question that Eduardo knows how to live life to the fullest. One major component of living it up? Brunch! 

During our latest Sun Session, he led a live cooking class — check out the video to follow along with our co-founders, Kerry and Alex, as they whip up a batch of Eduardo's infamous French toast (ingredients below). 




  • 3-6 thick slices of crusty bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp agave
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 apple, sliced in ¼ inch thick slices
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp  Montana Mex Sweet Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp  Montana Mex Avocado Oil

You can snag Eduardo's Sweet Seasoning and Avocado Oil on his site — but feel free to substitute regular oil and your favorite spices, too.
