To protect your privacy, we may need to authenticate your identity before we respond to your rights request. We will verify your identity by Sending an email to the email address we have on file with a link to complete the verification process. If you do not complete the verification process, we may be unable to process your request. Profiling Logic: Faherty Brand uses algorithms based on customer shopping behavior to identify preferred gender, size, and product styles. We use these details in key areas like our product recommendation widgets to surface the most relevant products for our customers, with the goal of delivering an efficient digital shopping experience. We also use these details to segment customers. For users who opt-in to email marketing, this data will help us limit email marketing to messages that are relevant to the customer.
Use of Profiling in Decision-making: Our customer profiling practices are limited to decisions that we believe improve the shopping experience of our customers, with a focus on shopping relevancy and efficiency.
Profiling System Evaluation: We have evaluated our profiling system and determined that it is reasonably accurate, fair, and unbiased.
Benefits and Consequences: The potential benefits of the Decisions Subject to Profiling include more relevant product recommendations and email messages.
