  • What is your return/exchange policy for domestic orders?

    We offer a 60 day return/exchange policy from the time of purchase. If you would
    like to process a return or exchange for any reason, you may do so at https://faherty.happyreturns.com. You will be provided with a pre-paid return label to send your item(s) back to us. You will have 30 days to use the return label issued. Please note, the initial
    shipping cost is non-refundable. If processing an exchange, you will not be charged exchange shipping. Returns and exchanges are free.

  • I used a discount code on my original order and want to make an exchange. Will the discount be honored?

    Yes! By processing an exchange via our returns portal, your discount will be honored.

  • What is the Return Bar?

    We partner with Happy Returns by PayPal to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute. No box or label needed!

  • Can I return/exchange online purchases in store?

    Yes! Online purchases can be returned or exchanged at any of our Faherty Brand store
    locations. For more information on our store locations, please visit the Locations page.

  • Can I return/exchange in store purchases online?

    Yes! Please visit faherty.hemster.co/returnsto be provided with a pre-paid return label. If you are unable to process
    your return/exchange via the link, please contact us for assistance! We are more than happy to help!

  • What is your gift return/exchange policy?

    Gifts can be returned/exchanged at any of our store locations 60 days from the time of purchase. This timeframe may be temporarily extended during the holiday season. Gift returns and exchanges can also be initiated online. A pre-paid return label to send the original item(s) back to us will be issued. You will have 30 days to use the label. Once your return is received you will receive a refund back to the original payment method, or the gift recipient will be issued merchandise credit for the price paid for the item(s). If you have the purchaser’s first and last name, email address and order number you will be able to initiate an online return/exchange. If you require further assistance, please contact us for help!
