  • What is your return/exchange policy for domestic orders?

    We offer a 60 day return/exchange policy from the time of purchase. If you would
    like to process a return or exchange for any reason, you may do so at You
    will be provided with a pre-paid return label to send your item(s) back to us. You will have 30 days to use the return label issued. Please note, the initial
    shipping cost is non-refundable. If processing an exchange, you will not be charged exchange shipping. Returns and exchanges are free.

  • I used a discount code on my original order and want to make an exchange. Will the discount be honored?

    Yes! By processing an exchange via our returns portal, your discount will be honored.

  • What is an instant refund voucher?

    Once a return is initiated you are offered an instant refund in the form of merchandise credit. You can choose to use this credit on our website to have instant access to your refund amount. If you do not wish to redeem this voucher your refund will be issued back to the card initially used for payment. If you partially redeem your voucher, you will receive the remaining balance back on the original payment method once your return has been processed. Please note that instant refund vouchers are automatically issued and redeeming it is optional.

    Gifts can be returned/exchanged at any of our store locations 60 days from the time of purchase. This timeframe may be temporarily extended during the holiday season. Gift returns and exchanges can also be initiated online. A pre-paid return label to send the original item(s) back to us will be issued. You will have 30 days to use the label. Once your return is received you will receive a refund back to the original payment method, or the gift recipient will be issued merchandise credit for the price paid for the item(s).
