When you sign up for a Faherty Brand Account, you will gain access to your personal rewards portal. If you already have an account with us, you are automatically opted-in and can find your rewards info underneath the My Rewards heading upon sign in.
How do I earn points?
For every dollar spent, you will earn points towards members only rewards. Your tier level will determine the point multiplier that you receive for every dollar you spend or campaign you participate in. Within your rewards portal you can also find different ways to earn! Points are given for purchases of merchandise after promotional offers have been applied and before taxes and shipping charges are put onto the final order total. You will only receive points for what you paid for. Points are non-transferable and are redeemable for merchandise and services at Faherty Brand only. *Points will not be earned from taxes and shipping/handling charges *Points will retroactively be applied to your account for any online purchases since 5/1/20
How do I earn a Tier Status?
When you hit the first qualifying amount of $500 annual spend, you will automatically become eligible for the first (Signature) tier level and its associated perks. As you spend more, you will gain access to higher tiers and the perks that come along with them. Following initial tier placement, Program tier status is based on annual spend during a dynamic 12 month period. Members will be upgraded during the year if their annual spend exceeds their tier threshold. Once a new tier has been earned, members will have a full year of tier status starting from the date of enrollment within the new tier level. *Customers who are underneath the $500 threshold for the first tier will still earn 1 point for every $1 dollar spent or campaign participated In.
How do I redeem my points?
If you have enough points to use towards a reward you will be given the option to apply a coupon code at checkout. A drop down box will populate during the payment process when placing an order and an earned reward will be available to apply to your total purchase amount.
How do I know which tier I am?
Initial tier segmentation is based upon your lifetime spend at Faherty Brand, which means the total amount of money you have spent minus any discounts or refunds.
Do Tier Levels Expire?
Tiers will automatically adjust within 365 days to appropriate levels based upon yearly spend. To stay within a tier, annual spend will have to be within the set tier thresholds. If it is not, the tier will be adjusted accordingly.
How long do points take to be reflected in my account ?
Points will reflect in your account once your order status shows as “paid”
Do Points Expire?
Points will expire if an account has been inactive for 365 days.
If I make a return will my points be deducted?
Yes. If a return is made on an order, points will be deducted from your account to reflect the amount that was refunded back to you.
Is there a limit to how many points I can use at one time?
You can use up to 400 points ($40 off reward) on one order. You are only eligible to use one reward per transaction and rewards codes are valid for one time use only.
Can I use my rewards points on previous purchases?
Rewards points cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.
Can I combine my rewards with a discount code?
Rewards points are issued for dollar off amount discount codes, which can be used towards a Faherty Brand purchase. As per our normal company policy, you can only use one discount per order and cannot combine them. Rewards are promotional items and are not Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards.
Can I use a referral code more than once?
Referral codes are for one time use only. Referral codes will only work on orders of $150+ and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
