Our policy is simple: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
To Process a Return:
Returns are easy. Visit fahertybrand.com/pages/returns to initiate a return and we will email you a return label. Items can be returned up to 60 days after purchase.
We partner with Happy Returns by PayPal to also offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute. No box or label needed!
Return Condition Requirements. All returned products must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Faherty reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse any return, or to accept a return subject to a restocking fee or reduced refund, if the returned product shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, staining, odor, or other evidence of use beyond reasonable inspection. If Faherty determines that a returned item is not a Faherty item, or has been damaged or materially altered by the customer, Faherty may, at its option: (a) reject the return and ship the item back to the customer at the customer's expense; (b) accept the return and issue a partial refund reflecting the diminished value of the product; or (c) issue a merchandise credit in lieu of a monetary refund. Faherty's determination regarding the condition of any returned product shall be final. Repeated returns of non-Faherty clothing, damaged, worn, or altered products may result in suspension or termination of your account and your ability to make future purchases on this Site. Nothing in this section limits Faherty's right to pursue any available remedies for fraud or abuse of the return process.
Note: Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
