SHIPPING

RATES

Ground shipping is free on orders over $95 (within the continental US.) See map below for estimated transit times via Ground.

For orders under $95 a shipping fee of $10 will be added. For faster shipping options, please refer to the rates listed in checkout.   
 
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday by noon EST usually ship the same day. Orders placed after noon EST or over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) are processed the next business day.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you aren't happy with your item, we offer free returns*.

To get your return or exchange started, you can:

  • Do it yourself: 
    • For a return, go to returns.fahertybrand.com to process the return and have a prepaid return label emailed to you. *
    • For an exchange, go to returns.fahertybrand.com choose to receive an Instant Refund to place a new order right away.*
  • Visit our stores: Stop by one of our stores and our store associates will be happy to process any eligible return or exchange.
  • Let us do it for you: We are happy to help. Get in touch with us by calling +1 (877)-745-8994 or emailing hello@fahertybrand.com. We're available 10am-6:30pm EST Monday-Friday and 11am-6pm EST Saturday-Sunday. 

*Eligible items can be returned up to 60 days after purchase. Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping is non-refundable. 

*Item purchased through a 3rd party stockists cannot be processed through our website. Exchanges or returns must be processed at the retailer in which it was purchased at. 

Refund timing: Once your package has been received and inspected, we aim refund the original payment method within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has processed, (please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to show up in your account.)
   

QUALITY GUARANTEED

 

Our products are guaranteed for life and when they don’t stand the test of time, we’ll do our best to repair or replace them. This includes any defects such as a broken zipper, busted button, or a hole in the seam. However, this doesn’t include normal wear through the passing of time

If your item has faulty materials or construction, we will offer you an exchange or return. Email us at  hello@fahertybrand.com and we will process your refund or exchange.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS 

Faherty Brand gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on merchandise within seven (7) days of the retail purchase or online order delivery date, if accompanied by the original receipt. Items purchased with additional discounts are ineligible for price adjustments.
