RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you aren't happy with your item, we offer free returns* and have made it so easy to do.
To get your return or exchange started, you can:

*Eligible items can be returned up to 60 days after purchase. Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping is non-refundable.
*Item purchased through a 3rd party stockists cannot be processed through our website. Exchanges or returns must be processed at the retailer in which it was purchased at.
Our products are guaranteed for life and when they don’t stand the test of time, we’ll do our best to repair or replace them. This includes any defects such as a broken zipper, busted button, or a hole in the seam. However, this doesn’t include normal wear through the passing of time
If your item has faulty materials or construction, we will offer you an exchange or return. Email us at email@example.com and we will process your refund or exchange.
Faherty Brand gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on merchandise within seven (7) days of the retail purchase or online order delivery date, if accompanied by the original receipt. Items purchased with additional discounts are ineligible for price adjustments.
Ground shipping is free on orders over $95 (within the continental US.) See map below for estimated transit times via Ground.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue pre-paid return labels to our international customers.
- For your ultimate convenience, the shipping costs includes all international shipping and handling fees such that your order will be shipped to your door with no costs on delivery. Since shipping costs are calculated based on the contents of your order and the location to which the order is shipping, shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process. Important notes: Most shipments are first delivered to our trusted freight forwarder in North Carolina for processing. Please don’t be alarmed if you see your shipment first arrives in North Carolina. After 1-2 business days your shipment will be on its way to you
- Faherty has partnered with Yakit offering our products to over 60 countries. You can now shop our site and see your complete order total, including transportation and importation fees (cost of customs, tariffs and tax) when you checkout. Once you submit your order, the total is guaranteed and you will not be charged any additional fees at delivery.
You will receive a quote for duties and taxes during checkout, which constitutes the "importation costs". The price quote for duties and taxes is based upon the national laws of the country to which the order is shipping. All shipping fees, duties and taxes and brokerage fees will be paid at the time you place your order, and no additional fees will be collected at the door.
