What is your return/exchange policy for domestic orders?+

If your eligible Faherty item was purchased within 60 days, you can exchange it or return it for a refund; just follow the instructions and we’ll make it right.
If the item was purchased within the last five years and experiences a performance issue, we will make it right. Just fill out and submit our Guarantee Of Quality request form to start the repair process.
Altered or washed/worn items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items without their original tags or sanitary stickers cannot be returned or exchanged. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased through third-party stockists must be returned or exchanged at the retailer where they were originally purchased.*
Domestic: From the start of your return, you will have 30 days to use the return label or QR code provided. If processing a direct exchange, you will not be charged exchange shipping.
If you paid with Klarna and returned your purchase, all paid Installments will be returned back to you. Any remaining installments will not be billed. If you aren’t sure of your Klarna payment status, please contact Klarna directly.
*Faherty Brand is not responsible for any return made with a personal return shipping label without prior notification. Please ensure all instructions are carefully followed when completing your return, and only ship back items that are selected for that specific transaction. Shipping labels/QR codes are itemized and specific to each product selected in the returns process. If a return is started online, please follow the shipping instructions provided and do not bring it to a Faherty store location. If you would like to return your items in-store, please allow the store associate to initiate and complete the full returns transaction.
What is the Return Bar?+

We partner with Happy Returns by PayPal to offer box-free, printer-free returns and exchanges at nearly 9,000 locations in the contiguous U.S. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return, and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off, no box or label needed! If you do not have a Happy Return bar location near you, please contact us at hello@fahertybrand.com
I used a discount code on my original order and want to make an exchange. Will the discount be honored?+

Yes! By processing an exchange via our returns portal, your discount will be honored.
Can I return/exchange online purchases in store?+

Yes! Online purchases can be returned or exchanged at any of our Faherty Brand store locations. For more information on our store locations, please visit our Stores page.
What is your gift return/exchange policy?+

Gifts can be returned/exchanged at any of our store locations up to 60 days from the time of purchase. This timeframe may be temporarily extended during the holiday season. Gift returns and exchanges can also be initiated online. A pre-paid return label to send the original item(s) back to us will be issued. You will have 30 days to use the label. Once your return is received you will receive a refund back to the original payment method, or the gift recipient will be issued merchandise credit for the price paid for the item(s). If you have the purchaser’s first and last name, email address and order number you will be able to initiate an online return/exchange. If you require further assistance, please contact us for help!
Can I return a Final Sale item?+

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes items purchased at one of our sample sales. Please note that items will be marked as “final sale” on their product page and at checkout.
If you would like to part with one of your final sale items, we encourage you to list it on our online resale platform, Second Wave, where you can earn cash or credit toward your next in-store or online purchase for every item you sell.

That's why we created Second Wave, our online resale platform, where pre-loved Faherty pieces start the next step of their journey. Circularity is important to us, so we're giving you the chance to sell your Faherty favorites to someone else instead of throwing them away, and the chance to buy lightly-worn and well-loved pieces from other members of our community. This extends the life of our designs and keeps them out of landfills.
What is Loop Returns (powered by Happy Returns)?+

Loop Returns is the platform we use to make returns and exchanges easier. It integrates with our system and connects to Happy Returns' Return Bar network so you get a seamless and efficient return experience.
Why am I seeing "Start a Return via Loop / Happy Returns"?+

When you click "Start a Return," you'll be guided through our Loop Returns portal (in partnership with Happy Returns). You'll choose which item(s) to return or exchange, and then select whether to drop off at a Return Bar or mail the package back (if available).
How does the Return Bar / QR code drop-off work?+

If you choose the Return Bar option:
You'll receive a QR code in your email (after initiating your return in the portal).
Visit a nearby Return Bar location within 50 miles of the shipping address connected to your order (no box or shipping label needed), present your QR code and the item(s).
The Return Bar scans the QR code, processes the return immediately, and triggers your refund or exchange.
This method is meant to be quick, convenient, and printer-free. If you are returning more than 10 items on a single return, a Happy Return Bar will not be available, and your items will need to be returned with a label.
What if I can't find a Return Bar near me?+

If there is no Return Bar nearby, the return portal will offer (or fallback to) a mail-back option. In that case, you'll receive a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions to mail your item(s) back to us.
When will I see my refund or exchange?+

For Return Bar drop-offs: refunds (or exchange orders) are typically triggered immediately after scanning.
For mailed returns: once we receive the item and inspect it, we'll process your refund or ship your new item (for exchanges).
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
