This road-ready collarless moto jacket is crafted from a sturdy-but-lightweight cotton-linen blend; it feels a little like a luxuriously soft canvas. Our favorite feature on the cropped, 70s-inspired jacket: the abstract embroidered design, inspired by traditional Native star quilts. Star quilts are often created and gifted for memorable life moments — many tribes and families have their own teachings around them.
This piece was created in collaboration with Bethany Yellowtail, an LA-based fashion designer originally from the Crow Nation, and an enrolled member of the Northern Cheyenne Nation in southeastern Montana, and the CEO of B.Yellowtail. The design and its meanings are inspired by her personal tribal heritage and upbringing.
