You Wanna Know



We may have talked on the phone about your recent order that got chewed up by your dog, emailed back and forth about which shirt is best to gift your dad for his birthday, or live-chatted on our website about how we make our shirts so damn soft. But for those of you who I haven't had the pleasure to talk to, I want to let you know we're here to help. Reach out and tell us what you wanna know.

 

 

 

1. I'VE PLACED MY ORDER, NOW WHEN WILL I GET MY AWESOME NEW GEAR?

Great question. I don’t just have the answers, I’ve got a diagram! We ship from right outside of NYC. Orders placed weekdays before 12pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Sadly, if you place an order at 11pm on a Friday night and select overnight shipping, you won’t receive your order until Tuesday.

If you need something urgently, say for a hot date or last minute vacation, just reach out! We may be able to hook you up if it’s in stock at one of our stores. In NYC? We’ll even Uber rush it to you! Making dreams come true is part of our charm.   

 

2. AFTER I HAVE SENT MY RETURN, HOW DO I GET MY MOOLAH BACK?

So you initiated a return at www.fahertybrand.returnly.com, printed out your pre-paid shipping label and dropped it off. What come's next? From there your package has a transit journey to go on that may take up to 5 business days. Once it arrives at our warehouse, we add your returned item(s) back into the inventory system. Our team then manually reviews each incoming return, verifies what items were returned and processes your refund one by one. You can typically expect a 15 business day turn around start to finish, however I can ensure you that our small team works diligently to make this process go as fast as possible!

3. IS THAT REALLY YOU, OR A ROBOT?

Despite what some may believe, we are not robots sitting in a dark room on the other side of the world. Our small team are real people sitting in the Faherty HQ office loft above our SoHo, NYC store ready to help you with whatever, whenever. No matter what your concern or question, we will do our best to get you an answer. We are all always happy to run down the stairs to our design team and ask about a fabric or turn around (literally, they sit behind us) to our ecommerce team and have them update the website for clarification based on your feedback - one of the perks of being small but hearty!  

4. I'M BETWEEN SIZES, WHAT DO I DO?

A) Check out the “Size & Fit” section in each of our product descriptions. If what you’re looking for isn’t there; send us a chat, email, phone call, smoke signal and we’ll do our best to get you the info you need to make an informed sizing decision.

B) Order both! We offer free shipping on orders and returns. Why not have an at-home fit session to be sure you’re happy with your new gear?
