Shipping is free on all US Domestic orders. Check the map below for estimated transit times via FedEx Ground. 


Orders placed weekdays before 1pm EST ship the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.


Transportation Costs
  1. For your ultimate convenience, the shipping costs includes all international shipping and handling fees such that your order will be shipped to your door with no costs on delivery. Since shipping costs are calculated based on the contents of your order and the location to which the order is shipping, shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process. Important notes: Most shipments are first delivered to our trusted freight forwarder in Kentucky for processing. Please don’t be alarmed if you see your shipment first arrives in Kentucky. After 1-2 business days your shipment will be on its way to you
  2. Faherty has partnered with Pitney Bowes offering our products to over 60 countries. You can now shop our site and see your complete order total, including transportation and importation fees (cost of customs, tariffs and tax) when you checkout.  Once you submit your order, the total is guaranteed and you will not be charged any additional fees at delivery.
Importation Costs

You will receive a quote for duties and taxes during checkout, which constitutes the "importation costs". The price quote for duties and taxes is based upon the national laws of the country to which the order is shipping. All shipping fees, duties and taxes and brokerage fees will be paid at the time you place your order, and no additional fees will be collected at the door.





Returns are free and easy. Just use the pre-printed return shipping label included with your order (domestic orders only). Items can be returned up to 30 days after purchase.


If through any fault in construction or material, any Faherty product does not give you the greatest amount of comfort and wear, return it to us at anytime for an exchange or refund. If this is you, email us at

Our policy is simple
If you're not completely satisfied, send it back to us within 30 days using the prepaid return shipping label included with your order.* Returns processed after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To process a return

  1. Place the unwashed/unworn items you would like to return back in the original packaging (or your own).
  2. Place the pre-paid FedEx return label included with your order on top of the original shipping label.
  3. Book a free pickup with FedEx by calling 1.800.Go.FedEx (800.463.3339) or via Alternatively, drop your shipment off at your local FedEx pickup location. To find your nearest store, visit

Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 15 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has processed, please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be available in your account.


Send back the items you wish to exchange and place a new order for the correct sizes. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at or 877-745-8975.
