Once your package has been received (which depending on your location in the US can take up to 7 days to arrive at our warehouse) and inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 15 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. Shipping both ways is free and easy, so you’ll get your new items fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue pre-paid return labels to our international customers. If you would like to return an item we shipped internationally, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
